Common questions

Do I need an account?

Yes. Gymmy is a social gym tracker, so you sign in with Apple or Google when you join. Your account backs up your training character and restores it when you sign in on a new device.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open Settings inside the app, go to Premium, and use Restore purchases. Premium is tied to your Apple ID, so it follows you to a new device.

How do I import workouts from Apple Health?

Turn on Apple Health import in Settings and grant read access when iOS asks. Gymmy imports your recent workouts and never writes anything back to Health.

How do I sync between devices?

Sign in with the same account on both devices. Your character syncs automatically; the newest training wins and nothing is double-counted.

How do I delete my data?

Delete your account from Settings, Account inside the app. That removes your synced data from our servers. Deleting the app removes local data from the device. You can also email us and we will handle it.
